Existence of strong industry and academic partnership and liaison plays a very important and vital role in exchange of ideas and resources which is very essential for any center of learning. The Training & Placement Department, KCET is committed to bridge this academia and industry gap and seek the corporate sector’s cooperation in producing better engineers to meet today and tomorrow's needs

It is in this direction that the Institute has set up a comprehensive Training & Placement department to cater to the professional needs and aspirations of the students. Organized industry interface is being established with a view to bridge the gap between individual qualifications / ambitions and corporate job expectations / career profiles.

The Training and Placement Department works the whole year round, interacting with the HR Departments of various organizations and Institutions of repute so as to invite them to the college to help our students find their rightful place in the industry. Experts are invited to brainstorm with students and apprise them of the latest in the professional work arena.

Industrial visits are part of the program, enabling students to get a direct feel of what goes on in various departments and hierarchical levels of the corporate world.
